This resource consists of two worksheets, each focusing on Christmas. The first worksheet covers numbers 1 to 5, the second covers numbers 6 to 10.Sheet 3 is a blank template that can be used in a variety of ways. Each worksheet includes five black and white pictures of things you may see at Christmas, such as mince pies, crackers, presents and reindeer. Children count, colour and cut out the images. There are matching number cards for each picture. Children can write the corresponding number, trace the numeral, and then match these cards to the picture cards on the worksheets. There are also cards displaying the names of the Christmas pictures. Children can practice their writing skills, cut out the names, and match them to the appropriate Christmas pictures. The resource also includes a blank template, allowing children to get creative by drawing their own Christmas pictures or pasting pictures in number order.
